A week-long, immersive mental health retreat designed for teens to unplug, reflect, and build real tools for navigating life.

Through guided conversations, outdoor experiences, and connection with peers, teens leave with greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.

A Space to Disconnect & Reset

Set in a peaceful, natural environment, this retreat gives teens space away from daily pressures to slow down, reflect, and connect—without distractions.
